Their website listed a Functional Training class from 6-7 am today. I signed up for the class, showed up at ten minutes to 6 to find the gym closed. An employee showed up at 6:15 to open the door, but he had no idea about the class. I'm so disappointed because the location of this gym and the services on the website made it sound perfect for me. But this kind of disorganization makes me think it probably won't work for me.
A word of caution!!! Do not join this gym unless you intend to be a member for the rest of your life and never cancel, because if you do cancel you will be charged for at least two months following your cancellation date...even when you are assured you won't be charged again. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with people who have zero customer service skills and don't honestly care about you as a customer. DON'T JOIN THIS GYM!!
If u want a convenient location downtown this is it! The group exercise classes are amazing!
