It's a good gym. The vending machine will get you at least once. The studio room is available for personal use most of the day they have heavy bags , speed bag mounts , a great assortment of cardio equipment (although none of the virtual race stuff works )and a nice sized weight room. The sauna is kind of small and some people in the steam room get a bit to comfortable for my liking but to each his own. This gym is closer to my home than my last gym and has a way better monthly rate. I'm sold
I pay $40 a month I can use all the gyms. Except for the new Astor Place location, all of a sudden you people are getting extra and charging more for your special little gym. That's kind of classes.
The gym was fine with me. I have the equipment that I needed to work out with and I don't have to wait for it which is great.The members are just busy doing their workout & when I needed help the members are very helpful.The equipments are pretty clean.I don't really go to the bathroom there.Other than that, the gym is pretty much ok for me.
Locker rooms stunk like corn chips , steam room worked 20% of time a year . Bathrooms reminded me of the subway restrooms..
Nice equipment. Staff wasn't that helpful.
