This company is very shady, I cancelled over a month ago first they forget to mention the fact that I will still be charged the annual fee. Today I get charged another 69.99 without having any knowledge of it. They said it was because I did not cancel the 2nd person on my account. Makes no sense why would I cancel one account and not the other. About 70% of men’s lockers were busted. Or without doors. I went there to spin in the cycling studio and many of those bikes were not in working order. Please do not call me. Send one of your people there and you will see. Unless you want to pay me to be a secret shopper? You asked if I recommend this gym and I said no. You wanted to know why? All of the above.
