Worst customer service, still charging me during their closure for covid-19 after I put a hold on my account. Also, David the Manager gave permission via email for me to use an elite club in Hell’s Kitchen during their recent closure (due to the building being unsafe) early in the year and when I arrived at the elite club I was told by their manager that the manager at sunnyside had no business authorizing permission for this. The fact that NYSC is still charging members during the coronavirus is a disgrace. I cannot get ahold of anyone at your organization to address this issue as well as the fact that my membership was randomly upgraded without my knowledge or consent and I am being charged a higher fee. Any suggestions from anyone reading this post greatly appreciated. This is completely unethical.

well it has nice employees,and alot of machines that are useful to my body and mind.i love it and it not too far very local.
I have never been treated with so much disrespect by a manager in my life than the guy who is in charge at sunnyside NYSC. I called to cancel my membership and was under the impression everything was taken care of. Instead of investigating the situation the manager blatantly told me I was lying about what happened. He talked down to me and made me feel beneath him. I don’t write reviews food or bad on places but I will say that he is the rudest individual I’ve ever come across.
All the elliptical machines are broken management has no idea when they’ll be fixed. It’s over three weeks. This gym has really declined. @nysc #besuper@nysc
Please, please, please let us breathe! Why would you guys turn the air conditioning OFF?!? Not once, this whole past week, the AC has been turned off in the evenings! While on cardio by 10pm, we are left gasping for air! This is unacceptable! PS: I'm not even going to talk about the huge COCKROACH in the shower.
I have been a member here since this facility opened and it sad to say the place is falling apart. It use to be an upscale gym not anymore. I still go to this NYSC because it’s very close to my house. I won’t recommend anyone to join this one until they get a real manager that cares about this place and if she ever shows up
