Beware they are thieves!!!! They take your money and lie to you that they can’t refund you
I was forced to cancel my membership due to being bullied a few times in the weight room, and management not doing anything about it. That’s when I learned my $19.99 a month membership was really being charged $46.95!! I canceled my membership with the front desk and to make matters worse they keep charging me! I stopped in a few times and called many times to speak to Casandra, the manager, but she’s never available and never calls me back. This gym is a scam! Stay away!

Trying to get out of a membership is harder then cutting off ur own arm!!! I keep canceling and they keep charging my credit card. They r IMPOSSIBLE to get through to and extremely rude. And even after u cancel SEVERAL times they still charge you. My son is in another country since August and they claim he’s still an active member!! I literally feel like I’m dealing with a bunch of retarded people. There is no getting through to them. This is COMPLETE fraud.
THE WORST GYM IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Full of nothing but scammers and unprofessional workers
