Very dirty lockers almost destroyed no friendly staff. And so on. High prices
Clean, safe and great place to workout and relax
My normal location was closed due to emergency water repairs so I went to 38th and Bdwy only to find their air conditioning is broken, I stayed anyway. It was like working out in the subway on a summer day. Their equipment is old and out dated not to mention the pads needing replacement for your arms or hands. Much like the 41st street gym.
Too many people on their damn phones just sitting on most machines preventing people who really want to work out and actually have a life to get on with their workouts. Very frustrating. Management does nothing.
Large facility with friendly and efficient staff. ***Studio Cycle*** EVERY THURSDAY 6PM. It's a PARTY!
Equipment is falling apart and doesn't fully function. I can't watch TV on the treadmill like I should be able to. I have an hour lunch so I'm on a strict time limit and I've had to wait for someone to come reset the sauna so I could use it and many times I just don't get to use it. It's just more expensive to use this gym rather than using say planet fitness. They say it's less crowded but it's not.
