My son and I worked out there tonight. The power was out throughout parts of the gym. There was no air conditioning and no lights in the locker room.
The NY Sports club in Whitestone NY is very dirty and poorly run. It's also getting into the habit of making unauthorized charges on peoples accounts. The manager is very unhelpful and sets a terrible tone to the whole place. I've been going to this gym for over 20 years- even before it was NYSC- and I'm desperately hoping a new gym comes to town.

The manager Kathryn Humenny was unhelpful and disparaging in the Woodmere club Long Island
I Always get a great workout 🏋️♀️ there is enough equipment to get a good pump and the sauna is my favorite NYSC Whitestone is good gym
I cancelled my membership a year ago and not realizing it was never cancelled till this month I called the Location and they told me sorry but we never had any customers sign cancel sheets till now so there is no proof as they only started signing cancel forms as of Jan bec of all these same issues I called corporate and they told me that’s your problem it’s ure responsibility to check ure statements This gym is by far the rudest and worst gym Update After getting off the phone with corporate they cancelled and charged me 30... read more
A great way to break up these early dark nights , an hour or so every few days on the machines or a weekly class ..a good way to pass those winter nights and a GREAT way to stay in shape !
Broken equipment. And staff not friendly. Machine are never wipe down .
Great staff !!! Very good equipment!! A lot of nice people who come to workout, it’s a great crowd !!
