You really get what you pay for. Avoid peak times as you will burn calories by walking up and down the stairs instead.

Staff is extremely lazy, but a gym is a gym if you know what to do.
They have a good multi-city membership rate (Boston / Philly / DC / NY), which for me more than makes up for the basic, no-frills amenities.
Never go for leg day on Monday unless you plan on working out your legs by standing in line for an hour waiting for a squat rack. Sunday and Tuesdays are good.
Great gym- lots of free weights, not too crowded, deadlift platform, and reasonable hours. Solid choice, especially for the cost.
Make sure you workout either super early or later in the day if you want to get time on the machines or free weights.
Don't forget to enjoy the view in the spinning studio.
Good enough.
