RecommendedGym is understandably closed due to COVID but they still bill their customers with no method to freeze membership. Disgraceful.
the free weights are a MESS!! No order, all over the place and it's the middle of the afternoon and not busy. I believe members should put the weights back where they go but the staff should be periodically checking this. The gym floor is also dirty and could use a mop. Where is the cleaning crew?? disgraceful!

Absolute horrific experience with the Clifton NJ location, incompetent lack of customer service is unbelievable for this organization! I’ve reached out to the district manager Josh Levy and received NO acknowledgement 😡

This is the most unprofessional, disorganized, and DISHONEST club. I won’t penalize all of NYSC, as my negative experience is with Clifton specifically. Customer service is awful. Inconsistent management/staff. I’ve been trying to cancel since Fall of 2017. The worst!! Don’t ever join!!
