Everything was good when I signed up and for 8 months have tried to cancel my membership but when the manager at the time didn't notate my account correctly now I'm dealing with coming in and having no manager assigned to this location for the past couple of months. An email has been sent to a business manager but nothing resolved. Worst customer experience ever !
Friendly staff large facility and clean locker rooms
Great spin class yesterday. Had the day off so I caught the class at 9 am. My fav class at NYSC is Kickboxing with Renee Z. She's the best teacher I have ever had for kickboxing, step and spin. She's so good I have followed her in and out of other gyms over the years just to take her classes. Give Renee a raise!!!
