They are still taking fees out but the club is closed. They even sent out a letter that they would be suspending fees but took money out of my account a week later. They have not responded to my emails to return my money to my account.
YOU CAN IMPROVE by not billing members while you are closed...AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE! A total joke...will get your CEO and CFO featured on the news.
Everyone is trying to figure out their finances and there's no information on what NYSC will be doing about gym fees. Comments appear to be hidden, and this is shady. Every other gym in New York is pausing fees, but NYSC members can't find even a shred of info.

In general, it's a great club. Sometimes machines are down for an unreasonable period of time. The music is terrible, but that's true of all health clubs. On the other hand, the people are extremely nice, my trainer is great, and it's relatively clean. You can't have everything.
It's small and gets crowded fast. Plus it has been about 3 weeks and they still haven't fixed the sauna! It would be smart of they put a garbage back where the sanitary wipes are so people don't just throw them on the floor.
All of the wipe stations were empty so there was no way to wipe down the equipment. Other than that the faculty gets the job done perfect if you need a quick workout spot.
