One of the hardest things to do is get someone on the phone. I have to be absolutely sure when I first book an appointment, because I’ll go thru it if I need to change a date or time. I also wish there were televisits. Some times I go to the office for just a conversation, I’m not even examined. But they always refuse when I request a televisit. And, just like others have said, the wait times are extensive.
