Horrible office staff and practices They do not answer their phone, do not call back after leaving messages, told me they would have the doctor call the insurance clinical line because of an issue...I don't think they ever told the doctor. They scheduled an appointment for me without even asking me if the day and time was good, I just received the automated reminder. Staff waited until the day before a procedure that was scheduled to get an authorization...nightmare after nightmare. I finally gave up and am going to a differ... read more

Had my back procedure done recently and I'm feeling great 👍. This practice has always been good, staff are excellent & the Dr is amazing, and I'll continue to use them always! Forgot to mention Faisal N.P. who is great and of course Ebony at the front desk is wonderful. Thanks to all of you!
Excellent all around. My pain levels are much lower after my injections. Great staff.
