Refused to provide me documents I needed, refused to administer meds that would help with my recovery, did not take my concerns or pain seriously. Would not provide video visit when my car broke down though it is confirmed that he does take video visits. And I saw him in person numerous times. I called this medical office on 02/29/2024 around 3 pm asking for information and the receptionist was extremely rude for no reason, She hung up the phone on me while she was telling her coworker "I can't take it anymore today, I'm tired"... I can understand that everyone can have a bad day, but I was guided by the good reviews the place has but it seems that the customer service is not what it seems.
