I first went back in December with severe neck and shoulder pain. The first visit dr. Johnson sat with me and listened to everything I said. He is very nice but I didn’t feel like he really listened to me fully. He told me I needed to go get an mri and X-ray so I made the apt. They also had me do a urine sample and when I asked what it was for they said “it’s just routine”. Okay no problem. I go get the mri and X-ray done, then 2 weeks later I go back to see dr. Started going to NY Spine & pain management a month before going in for a total ankle replacement on 12/1/20. From day one I had issues trying to reach them when they put my pain meds through to the pharmacy for 60 pills but wrote to take one a day before bed. The pharmacy had trouble reaching them for a week as did I with no success of reaching them until my follow up visit one week later which was supposed to be to see how I was handling the new meds, but I never got them because they screwed up the script and could not be... read more
