Worst customer service. I placed an order and never received an email stating that it was shipped. I emailed the company after 5 days and never got a response. So five days after that I called the company and was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered. Then the customer service representative tells me that the products I ordered are no longer in stock. AWESOME staff, they went out of their way to help me out with everything I needed the week prior to NYC Marathon. And Joey nailed it with the shoes he suggested for me. Will be back for sure!
