Had a fantastic time running with Alex from the Columbus Circle store around Manhattan.
Today I had an excellent customer experience at NY Running Company / Jackrabbit. Since several brand’s shoes differed in sizes, the sales person needed to get me I guess a dozen pairs of different shoes. I was able to test them on a treadmill and have also a professional yet relaxed conversation about the shoes. Eventually left the store with my first pair of Sauconys � Enormous thanks to Sue, who gave me this great experience!! ��
Friendly and helpful staff. Store has offers a wide selection of running/workout gear and fuel. They also have UCAN. :)
Great event yesterday. Meb was amazing not to mention a total class act!!! Wonderful time.
