This place is AWFUL. I've spoken to some rude people on the phone, but they take the cake. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month. They cancelled on the day of stating "based on prescreening form, the doctor won't take you." Wouldn't tell me why and they had, again, over a month to look at it. This can be detrimental to someone's mental health that's desperately in need of help. The lack of care is astounding. They proceeded to set up a phone call for me with the NP that would call at 5.
