Good food. Not great. With so many other food options in the area It will probably be a wile before I come back. I'm a bit of a pizza snob so for me, the pizza wasn't anything close to what you'd get in New York. However, there are not many places that can replicate NY pizza, so I don't hold them against them. Prices were good which was a plus.
My chicken parm wasn't cooked and the noddles smelled horrible. The employees were very nice but they don't need to be working in food.
The place is under new family ownership and they have it going on!!!! Customer service and the food is outstanding!!! The meatball sandwich is one of the best I have had traveling. I cannot recommend this place enough. Scott and family are a delight. Please support them and help them grow their business. You will not be disappointed.

Pizza took over an hour to be delivered and was cold. Ordered the Sicilian and the crust was hard and very hard to eat.
Wrong food was delivered...they said they didn't have what we ordered...so, why didn't the call taker tell us? They did nothing to remedy this order. We will never order from here again...and the pizza wasn't too good either!
I ordered a pizza for delivery. This is the first time I ordered from this location as my friend just moved to grapevine. My friend lives in a gated apartment and on the 3rd floor. I left detailed instructions on how to get through the gate, which they did not follow, and that we were on the 3rd floor. She got a call from the driver asking her to come down to the car to get the pizza....! What?!? I ordered deliver because 1 her foot is hurt and 2 she is sick... Some great Albanian food also ! Very clean and prompt service ! Great waiter . Good Iced Tea .
The owners son and staff are very accommodating. Food is good and reasonably priced.
