Placed a delivery order tonight, it took 1 hour and 40 min! The food was cold.
I was told 25 min for carryout for a large pepperoni. I got there and it took an extra 10 minutes...between that time the customer service was non existent so that tells me the manager or owner needs to have some training cause no employee said welcome to NYPD pizza or acknowledged anyone who came in. All the staff asked is literally you here for dine in or pickup. Anyhow the pizza came and it did not dissapoint. The pizza is great amd my family enjoyed it at home. On vacation in Navarre and wanted really good pizza after being at the beach all day! Found this gem! Ordered in, phone service was great! Good arrived sooner than expected and we were not disappointed! Pizza was WONDERFUL!! Sausage roll was amazing! Very good food! 2 thumbs up!
