Mediocre pizza that’s overpriced and nothing like NY style. Wings are meh. Wasted $60 at this joint. I truly want to find a local pizza place that is good! So frustrating 😖
My wife called and ordered for pick up, ultimately the wrong order. I go to pick up the order and explained what occurred. The manager and call taker called my wife and daughter liars and told me I was yelling. I never raised my voice or used profanity. The food is good but needs work on being honest. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I would not recommend anyone to their location. Two thumbs down!!!

She said we did not have the correct order even though you stated over the phone that it was the correct order. We can only make what is ordered and if we get it wrong we'll be glad to remake it. DO NOT EAT HERE! Bunch of liars. We drove all the way from Milton several weeks back for pizza. We bought 2 of their largest pizzas and some garlic knots. Well over $50 and drove all the way back to Milton to find a hair in one of the pizzas. My Mother called right as soon as we found it and was reassured we’d get a pizza on them the next time. It's delicious food but you should pick it up yourself and avoid delivery, as the service and wait time are both very bad. They spoke to my husband when we called for the third time asking for an ETA on our order, and they offered us a discount for "next time" but it was all so awkward that I fully expect the pizza would be WAITING'd. Absolutely disgusted with the service we received at NY Pizza DISTRICT this evening. We left the house intending to go to the NY Pizza DEPOT- hoping to dine in. When we called to check to see if it was open, we were told that it was just take out at the new location (old Vinnie Rs). RecommendedWe decided to try this place for the first time while on vacation after being in the elevator with someone that had this pizza . We come to Navarre once a year and are always looking for places close to the Condo. This was absolutely the best pizza we’ve ever had and the buffalo wings OMG amazing . We will definitely be back absolutely enjoyed everything .
We have visited 3x in the past 2 years of visiting Navarre. We love the food and service. We went Tuesday June 30 and had the BEST service ever. Ian was our waiter. He never let or drinks get half empty. He made sure we had plenty. Ian went above and beyond. Thank you Ian! We look forward to eating here again when we visit next summer!

sat here waiting for pizza to be delivered for 2 hours only to be met with a rude manager who was completely unprofessional and then said we would have to wait another 45 minutes for the food to be delivered. they even had our card number and everything, they will not be receiving our service anymore.
