Doctors Askari, Desai and Pandya are the most pleasant and professional dentists I have ever encountered. I have done three implants with them and have not had any issues whatsoever. If needed, I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
I was a patient here maybe 1 year ago. This place was under construction. My experience was far from great. There’s was no privacy. You can be sitting in the waiting area and can hear and see what the doctor and patient is doing. The rooms is small. The entire staff is rude and unprofessional, especially Front desk. 2 visits and never returned. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they was still calling hoping I had a change of heart. I was trying to book an appointment with Dr. Ali Askari, recommended by my orthodontist, but had a terrible experience with the office. I called multiple times, and several calls were hung up on immediately. When I finally reached someone, the staff was impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. I canceled my appointment because of how rude the front desk was. Very disappointing.
Top to bottom, this was a really professional practice. The receptionists were knowledgeable and personable, scheduling/billing/getting answers to questions were all easy. The periodontist did a great job and was very reassuring. Would recommend.
