I went there on September 5th 2023 and waited for hours. The staff was terrible and needs customer service training to learn how to speak with customers. I made a previous review about the terrible service. I was told my glasses would be ready in three weeks. It's been more than three weeks and no one can tell me if my glasses are ready. Don't go here unless you're Spanish or have a whole day to waste! I waited 3 hrs to see the actual eye doctor and left without being seen. They won't care about you!

Zero customer service, won't call you back, lie to you about when your glasses will be ready, don't care about what you have to say, close early (no times posted on the door but online and on their messaging service they) have times which they don't abide by and when you see them sitting in there before the time they say they close then they ignore you. Horrible place go somewhere else they're full of lies! Once they get your money that's it.

Poor customer care. We arrived on time for our appointment as a new patient. They took our DL and Ins cards, and had us sign privacy forms. They told us that “someone was ahead of us” and we would need to wait. Then why did we make an appointment, if they put someone in ahead of us? There are no waiting room chairs, and it’s COVID, so that’s uncomfortable. We had to ask if we could sit down somewhere, and they indicated the swivel chair of the fitter, and a hardback chair.
