The staff are nice and professional and the doctor is very kind. I wish I could give a good review but the wait time is disgusting. I had a total of three appointments in the Bronx and upper Manhattan locations and all three times have waited more than three hours for a 15 minute procedure. I’m not sure if this is the norm for eye care but I visited the Jackson Heights location once and was in and out very quickly. It seems that the Bronx and Manhattan locations overbook patients.
