I've been trying to get treatment for stage 2 breast cancer. The NYOH Albany office is a joke. The published phone number online is incorrect and will only get you to a hold cycle or an unrelated answering service. Even if you get the "real" number, it often only gets you to a never ending hold cycle. It has been nearly impossible to schedule regularly recommended chemo treatments because my Dr. won't issue orders for it until the last minute, which makes it impossible to plan for rides bc all my support people work. Awful service. If you have massive amounts of time to waste this is the place for you. Have fun waiting on hold, and then they have to call you back anyway. No one can give you answers. Wait times are terrible and the doctors are always rushed. The only reason I have not left is due to the fact that my doctor is supposed to be the best one in the area. And that’s not saying much
