This practice should be embarrassed by the way they treat patients and the way they operate. Phone calls regarding urgent medical matters go unreturned for days. You have to call and make a scene to get anyone to do their job, and then they give you multiple excuses as to why no one did what they said they were going to and STILL don't fix the issue. Orders are NEVER put in on time, scans are ordered incorrectly and therefore performed incorrectly, and there is no sense of urgency to correct a mistake. You would think that a... read more
