Nice and close to everything
Just got back after booking 4 rooms for 4 nights. Slow drains, no hot water the last two nights, AC not working in 2 rooms. Always a good experience prior, but this time , lots of issues . Also found a piece of plastic in my sandwich from the on site deli I tried to talk to someone there but lines were so long to speak to someone. Tried to call today and was on hold for 15 min before hanging up.

Check in was a nightmare. Rooms not ready. Even at 3PM
Service was so bad, l had to look for a server when l finally found one she was with attitude and l asked her if we can have a drinks and l show her where we were she just responded l will be with you in a minute, me and my husband wait for her for about 30 minutes and she was passing around with no intention to serve us we decide to leave the place and go to cosmo where our server was a blast!
We love NYNY. I grew up in any so it makes me feel at home!!
