Our weekend trip started off great until we checked into our favorite hotel New Your New York Thursday Oct. 15, 2020. After traveling for 4 hours you want to come to your room you pay good money for and relax. Well that wasn't the case. We walked into a room that was unsanitized, now I'm worried I have other people's germs on me, trash in the room from the previous occupant, dirty towels on the floor, urine in the toilet. ppl that are security was mean man looking woman short, short hair very rude. told us we had to leave in a manly voice, we were trying to find out where we could eat, and get under shade, she said you can't be here and you have to move we stayed there casino last Vegas. and the safety box was open. we don't use it. beds were hard to sleep on mattress. ppl are mean there. they need to be more respectful, maybe you'll find it more caring. Clean hotel. Casinos ok,but coolest part is it links up to MGM over the highway bridge which is the coolest view ever,& MGM is a cool casino as well. You can go between the 2! Great sports bars at MGM,& the largest Hershey’s Chocolate Store! The rooms are nothing special but location is great!
