My family and I came to New York nail and spa as our usual nail salon Classy Nails was booked. We were all seated immediately, but got to share the same person. They barley rubbed our legs, didn't scrub out feet, and seemed more concerned about getting as many people as possible in chairs even though they only had three women working. They had five people in chairs and continued to go back and forth between each costumer. My mom and I both wanted a shellac and spa pedicure at the same time. We decided at the last minute that we wanted to go, and the salons we called couldn't book us together. I found NY Nails and they said the could get us in together when we wanted. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and though they didn't speak English very well, it did not detract from the experience.
