I had an amazing experience for my first time at this location. I received a gel pedicure, with a really good foot massage. From start to finish exceptional service.
The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t give none. I went in to get an SNS manicure. While taking off my old dip they mutilated my finger and I then had to dip my open wound in acetone. Needless to say I did not let them do my new SNS. Oh and they still charged me the $10. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop.
I really wanted to like this pace. They are good for basic polish and basic pedicures (I'm being generous here), but for anything else proceed with caution. I asked for a pedicure and full set with a pretty simple design (I've been getting my nails done for years and if you have too, you know what simple means) and I even showed the tech a picture of the design and she assured me it could be done. Chuck and Tammy are awesome. I will not go anywhere else. They always remember me and ask about my children. The prices are unmatched with a mani/pedi special for $35. They are thorough and I always feel great when I leave!
