We have been going to this office for few years now. The office is clean, staff are efficient and helpful and they are always very welcoming every time we visited and recognized my sons right away and helped us checked in before we did. Dr. Baker is very professional, sweet, funny and warm. My sons just love her too. Plus the wait time is very minimal which is amazing. Sometimes I can be in and out in half hour! Terrible experience. I'm sorry to say but this establishment and the associated establishment, Presbyterian, are hurting kids and families with their dismissive attitude. I would not recommend any parent go here. They're good with recommending flu shots and vaccines only. I'm sure any nurse practitioner can do the same. The rest of the care is a serious cause for concern.
I’ve been going to Degraw St Pediatrics for years and have always trusted them with my child’s care. Unfortunately, things have changed recently, and I’m really disappointed with their service. The pediatricians and the office are generally good and competent. My daughter went there for check-ups from birth until 3 and have seen Dr Keller and Dr Carvan. However, the communication is terrible because you have to go through NY Presbyterian voicemail system. I am usually on hold for 20 minutes just to make an appointment. I also had to call multiple times to make a same-day appointment when my daughter is sick or to request a medication or health records.
