This place NEVER picks up their phone for a phone call. I have tried calling throughout the entire day, for several days. I even left a voicemail but I never heard back. How do I even get an appointment here?
I did go for walk in which mean you don’t have an appointment and have to wait. I patiently waited and finally was seen and VERY happy I did. The dentist was so gentle and understanding of my issues. I was then given an appointment for the next day early. I arrived late and was upset with myself but the staff was very understanding again. I was seen and happy I finally find a dentist office that the staff members are so caring. I highly recommend even if you have to wait. It’s worth it!!!!!!!!! Thank you. 🙏🏽
I don't recommend NY Methodist. They don't let you see a real dentist but a resident. The attending doctor does not see patients only supervises the residents. If you want to be a Guinea pig and keep coming back for them to mess up your teeth then this your place to go... otherwise nope not recommended.
