Smh myself embarrassed nurses and doctors fails no good jobs 👎👎🙄🫤
The Pediatric ER is great but the Pediatricians for follow-up care are god awful. Their bedside manner is terrible and they were trying to push me to feed my baby formula without any real suggestions to help me continue breastfeeding like I wanted to. Luckily I ignored their advice and am still successfully exclusively breastfeeding my child with the support of a different pediatrician.
My experience was on November 29-30,2023. Upon entering via ambulance until leaving off the ward, it was great. In the EMERGENCY there were very caring staff both the ones that worked with me such as Paola, Francesca, Kelly, Lurline (just to name a few that I remember) and those who were in my sight. Cleanliness, heart warmth, professionalism amidst the pressure and some disrespecting. Thank you so much
Generally, it is a good place and they prioritize care for their patients. Though they may be times when things get unprecedented and you just have to exercise patience.
