Mr Khoa Ngo turned me away because I was 27 minutes late due to delayed train they made no attempts to reschedule me for the same day even though I came from Westchester. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Koa saw me and never followed up with a phone call about the urodynamics he said he wanted to discuss in two weeks after my last visit. I had to call and still never got a response but was booked for this procedure with no discussion even day of what I was to expect and the risk of infection and bleeding and pain. His medical assistants seemed nervous and forgot to anesthetize me they said. It was the most excruciating pain.
