Dr. Rubinstein is superb. She successfully treated my severe glaucoma, using a range of medications and surgical techniques to bring my widely fluctuating eye pressures under control. She has has deep expertise in glaucoma and worked tirelessly to make my treatment a success.
I had a generally fine visit—everything during the appointment itself was professional, and the doctor did what was expected. However, I was surprised and disappointed by the additional fees for prescriptions. On top of the exam co-pay, i was charged $150 for a contact lens prescription to be written out. I was also told that if my contact prescription changed from what i was previously prescribed, the fee can go up to $300. Excellent physician — knowledgeable, polite, not rushed. Outstanding office staff. Easily available appointments. My only qualms are with waiting times at the office. Hoping it was only a one off issue. Will come here again.
