Worked with Alex Caballero on several apt hunt occasions and I was extremely pleased with the level of professional and knowledge. If you need a no fee or fee apt Alex is your go to broker in NYC!
Very disappointed with this company that smelled like a scam the moment I walked in. After letting me wait for 45 minutes and having me sign this dodgy agreement, Tony showed me an apartment that's very different from the one on StreetEasy that I came to see (same price but one less bedroom) and surprised me with a 15% broker fee, of which nothing is mentioned in the ad. After I expressed my confusion, he literally threw me out and shut the door in my face. That is not how you treat people, let alone clients.
