I have been a New York Life Insurance client for years in Tyler, TX and have been very satisfied. However, the agent retired. The new agent is only working part time. She instituted bank drafts on my account. However, I am also billed from the New York Life national office. I am now quite frustrated.
I was looking at getting a life insurance policy through this company, and decided to go a different direction. I had asked the agent that I was working with not to put my application through, but it got out through anyway. Taking the 700 dollar application fee out of my account without my permission. Then a week later they debited my account again, without permission, trying to put through the same application I had requested to be canceled the week before.
