If your employer uses them as a provider, prepare for there to be a delay in your care. They have lost paperwork and then informed me that they now need additional information from the provider. So, I will be a month or more without accommodations.

If your company uses NYL for injured workers please beware. I had a cuff repaired so I'm out of work for 5 months. During my certification the intake receptionist didn't input or check the necessary information needed to attach a payment to my claim so now I can't pay my mortgage on time, it took 3 weeks to catch up one check. Then my direct deposit was not entered so checks got lost in the mail again no funds going into my account. Because of the time-lapse my pay stop waiting on my doc appointment for approval.
