How is it legal or someone feel great when you cancel someone's policy who's "late" payment arrived to your facility but stamped be mail not late. After years of paying a premium a single LATE payment caused a cancelation? So sad...... trash!

I'm an agent there, so I'm pretty biased. Customer service is Top Notch. Can't ask for more from a Triple A, A+ rated company.
It’s not all that. It’s a bit expensive for the services but the people are nice. Life insurance is supposed to help you while you are alive and they make it hard to get that help.
Left a call back number to be returned due to a high volume wait for 2 hours, then when a rep called me back he put me back in the same holding queue for another 2 hours so I’ve been waiting for a reply for almost 4 hours now. Guess this company does not value anyone’s time except their own right before the holidays , what a joke!!! Do better New York life!!
