I had an okay experience. Initially was trying to price gauge me on a Miami Cuban chain 10k semi hollow. Priced me at $1,080.00 for a 3.5mm 18inch chain initially . I asked for it to be cut to 17 inches. I came in on Tuesday Afternoon around 4:30pm. I called the very next day at 12:00pm when they opened . He had already cut the chain.I put down a deposit for the Miami chain and Letter “A”diamond pendant ( which was not in the store at the time of deposit).
