Customer service is excellent and the store is clean and neat and well lighted. They sell all kinds of jewelry Gold, Silver and diamond which includes necklaces, earrings, rings and religious faiths bracelets. I had an okay experience. Initially was trying to price gauge me on a Miami Cuban chain 10k semi hollow. Priced me at $1,080.00 for a 3.5mm 18inch chain initially . I asked for it to be cut to 17 inches. I came in on Tuesday Afternoon around 4:30pm. I called the very next day at 12:00pm when they opened . He had already cut the chain.I put down a deposit for the Miami chain and Letter “A”diamond pendant ( which was not in the store at the time of deposit). That very night I was able to find the chain cheaper at Zales 4.5mm w... read more
