I just want to share what a wonderful experience I had with Steve at New York Jewelers! I brought in a watch that is about 45 years old for him to look at. Steve was friendly, honest and fair! Steve didn't just "look" at my watch. He took the time to show and explain the differences between a watch as timeless as mine and one that was beautifully made in the last decade plus. I needed to have a custom wedding band made to fit with my engagement ring. I worked with Kabita who was very knowledgeable and assured me I would not only love the band but it would look like it came as a set. When I saw the band I almost cried!
