Muy buena la ubicación pero el servicio de atención en el hotel deja bastante que desear. En especial si necesitas recibir algún envío los pierden todos, algunos después de mucho insistir aparecen otros te dicen simplemente que los des por perdido. En especial la supervisora Yamilka quien se negó a decir su apellido o contactarme con la persona responsable del hotel alegando que solo viene los lunes al hotel.

Hotel spettacolare. Colazione abbondante e varia. Camere lievemente piccole ma nuove e pulitissime. Non ho amato la parete del bagno in vetro satinato, proprio accanto al letto (se qualcuno va in bagno la notte, la luce è forte e fastidiosa). Idem la porta del bagno scorrevole, non si chiude lateralmente per cui lascia dei cm lateralmente aperti.... Ma l'hotel è nuovo, vicino a Times Square, vicino alla metro, vicino a dove partono tutti i tour da new york. Consigliato

Absolutely terrible service didn’t take allergies Refuse to give me any other food Alberto, who is the restaurant manager absolutely terrible, told me to go to the front desk front desk wouldn’t serve me know if you need to get the general manager chef refuse to do me a poached egg and I couldn’t eat anything anymore contaminated it’s so dangerousm do you not booked this hotel if you have allergies

We booked a room through the HotelTonight app, but ended up spending half the night sitting in the hotel lobby due to a so-called "technical issue." Instead of checking us into a room—any room—or offering any kind of apology or complementary service (especially since the fault clearly wasn’t ours), the staff simply told us to “stay in the lobby until 1:30 AM.” When I asked what would happen at 1:30, the response was: “Probably we’ll receive the confirmation.
