I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I called this heating company for a routine service because my system wasn’t heating properly. They showed up two hours late with no call or apology. The technician barely looked at the unit, spent more time on his phone than actually diagnosing the issue, and then told me I needed a “full system replacement” without explaining why. Brought them in for a Local Law 152 inspection and they cut off our gas and proceeded to overcharge us to fix it. They tried to upsell us on unnecessary external boilers or something that doubled or tripled the price. Found a different company that was far more reasonable and will never ever use this company ever again.
The BEST heating company in NYC with great service and even better employees. Highly recommend.
