They make you wait for a very long time and without any reason. We waited for an hour with no notice so we had to leave. They don't care our valuable time and attention!!!
Doctor Ahmed is great. No complaints there. But the appointment and scheduling is equal to worst public hospitals. Over last 2 years my average wait time has been at least 1 hour after scheduled appointment time. They must do better with their scheduling. What should be a 20-30 minute visit ends being close to 2 hours. Terrible.
Very nasty "Medical professional" Would never recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this medical office. The majority of the staff is unhelpful and rude, with the exception of a kind and professional staff member named Jennifer. Unfortunately, the rest of the team falls short. I had to wait for hours just to receive one simple result, and there was no clear communication about the process. The doctors and staff failed to explain anything properly and treated me in a condescending manner. It’s clear that they do not prioritize patient care or respect.
