Disappointed – I had high hopes when I contacted this place, since they had so many five-star reviews on Citysearch. However, they sent two men to measure our floor, and they gave me an estimate based on measurements that seemed wrong. I called and asked them to have someone call me and they didn't call back. Then I measured myself, and found one area was 246.5 sq ft when they said it was 420 sq. ft, and another area was 28 sq. ft when they said 60 sq. ft.
