Avoid this facility at all cost. Came to this doctor for my hand issue last year and got billed for something I never received/requested. I had to call the billing department and queens office(since them were kicking balls) numerous times to get the bill fixed. Got a fixed bill in February, which i already paid within in the same month. Now I am getting a second notice in March telling me to make the payment. This is facility has wasted me a lot of time and it is the worst experiment i have ever had in seeking medical care.
Dr. Patel and the whole staff at New York Hand Surgery are very compassionate to your needs. Dr. Patel was very informative and took the time each time to answer any question I had.
