Dr Patel and his team are so caring and on top of things. Expect to wait up to an hour to get seen… but it’s worth it!
They were highly recommended and have great reviews, maybe I just caught them on an off day but going there was not a good experience and ended up being a waste of time and money. The front desk staff were rude, and while I have heard that Dr. Pate is great, I was seen by a new PA, (I was charge nurse in a city hospital, I know what a new doctor looks like) , he was very nice, too nice even, use a scanning device to locate ligament- which was a cute toy but unnecessary and not covered by insurance (yes they charged me for th... read more
Great doctors and care, but both of my appointments were 1-1.5h delayed - seems to be the norm here as there are many people sitting in the waiting room at all times. Would be 5 stars if they weren’t consistently running so behind
Dr. Patel is one of the best in his field. He is the consummate professional, kind patient, and compassionate, and knows his stuff. Only downside to the practice is the wait times. But, I guess he is in demand and there’s only one of him…
Doctors are good. Facility is good. Frustratingly, wait time is always 1-1.5 hours
