After an Airbnb booking was cancelled by the owner I needed to find accommodation for 5 females visiting NYC for a week. I contacted Christophe and after outlining our requirements he sent me a couple of options and we selected a 3 bed 3 bath apartment in the Marmara Hotel Upper East Side. I have just returned from our fabulous week and the apartment worked perfectly for us all. Christophe was extremely helpful and prompt with his communication and I would certainly recommend New York Habitat.
Très bon suivi de Christophe Pourquier qui nous a aidé à trouver un logement dans l'urgence après une annulation airbnb. Tout s'est très bien passé, le logement a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. Pour partir sereinement à New York, je recommande à 100% NY Habitat.
We booked a place with them paying 1900$ fees for a rental of a 2BR apartment. When our moving date was approaching, they told us that the apartment was no longer available but they refused to refund our fees. they claimed that they were not responsabile here and that I needed to deal with the owner. so, I was asking why I paid them fees for : it was not only to book a place, it was to guarantee that I was going to be able to move in at the end. so, be very careful when you do business with them because if there is a problem... read more
Suite à une mauvaise expérience avec le célèbre A**B**, une annulation impromptue, c’est un peu désespérée que nous avons contacté NY Habitat. Nous avons été mis en relation avec Christophe Pourquier qui a été d’une très grande réactivité. Il nous a trouvé un appartement très rapidement, toutes les démarches étaient simples et tout cela en français! Je recommande donc les yeux fermés.
J'ai été très-agréablement- surprise par la qualité du service offert par l'agence NY Habitat. De nos jours, ce n'est pas si fréquent... Je remercie tout particulièrement M. Christophe Pourquier qui a su nous accompagner dans la recherche de l'appartement "idéal" à New York. A l'écoute, bien sûr, mais aussi hyper réactif et terriblement efficace. Appartement loué du 10 au 16 octobre prochain. Christophe, notre interlocuteur, francophone donc plus simple de se comprendre, a été parfait. Il a su écouter notre demande, répondre à nos interrogations et trouver l'appartement idéal. Je vous recommande ce site et, en particulier, Christophe car vous ne serez pas déçu.!
Je remercie infiniment Monsieur Pourquier pour sa réactivité et son sérieux. En effet, je l'ai contacté un samedi, il m'a répondu durant le WE et tout fût réglé mardi midi : on peut difficilement faire mieux ! Un tel niveau de service de nos jour se doit d'être notifié. J'ai parlé de cette agence autour de moi et je la recommande vivement !
