They sell fake jewelry. Bought a necklace for $425 under the impression that it was SOLID gold. That fools gold tarnished and broke me out two months after purchase. Kept my receipt, took pics of the fake necklace & reported them to my bank & disputed the charge for fraud. Reached out to Patrick Henry Mall as well. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I hope they stay closed forever.

I bought 10kt gold and diamonds pandent . The lady was very nice and give me good price . I spend $ 3500 for Miami cubin necklace and Jesus diamond charm . I get all papers and pay by credit card . She ask for ID and I give ID. Thats ok and cool she say that is for safety ..I recommend to newport news people for buying gold is the best place to go .I and my wife really very satisfied.
Great business, not sure what all the concern over fake gold is coming from, from my experience, the gold is all real and of high quality. The sellers take the time to understand your price range and what you are looking for and always give a fair price.
