On June 25 at around 5:30 PM evening, my brother and I visited New York Fries at Midtown Plaza and ordered two small Butter Chicken Fries. Unfortunately, both orders had undercooked fries, so we politely went back to let the staff know. The food issue itself wasn't the biggest problem, what disappointed us was the way we were treated. Food was really good. I got the works-regular size. Yummy me and my child loved the flavor. Workers were nice, a bit distracted (busy doing some work) We came mid morning, slow but steady. Good, fresh cur fries.
